My favourite food adventure is having enough to eat.
It has nothing to do with flavours, cuisine, or presentation.
It is not a national dish. it has no signature chefs or Michelin stars. There are no hats or ticks or any symbol attached to it.
No-one swears at people who cook it – least of all me.
It has no festivals.
it is just having something to eat each day so that I am able to carry on life.
