A local kebab shop has started serving their products in a tray, with the salad, spices, onions, cooked meat, and rice laid out and appropriate sauces drizzled over them. The serving is two meals – you either share or keep half for tomorrow.
It is infinitely more attractive than the same ingredients rolled up in a cardboard pancake and a paper wrap. One need not spill things over oneself during dinner. No paper need be chewed.
I applaud this change in procedure and will be patronising the place henceforth. The prices are quite reasonable.
