I always try to look carefully at the little details at the car shows. Some are quite remarkable. There have been some rude stickers on some of them but on the whole they are good humoured. And hot rods rarely seem to attract the sort of political statements that ordinary driver cars do around election time. I think that is a blessing. I dread our local shopping centre just before the polls.
